What I noticed was the lack of touch on client retention features like with trainerize I know they have videos for exercises linked with each and if you have more nuanced exercises you can add your own videos and queues they also tell the client everytime they've hit a training milestone which is my whole business model

I have been using google sheets and I can see what clients are doing. U can also link videos so I have linked to my videos …taken a while to put together but easy to follow for me and easy to put reps and weights in for clients

Thanks for this. I have been using google sheets for years but have had a few clients recently ask about an app. Having previously worked at a company that forced us to use an certain app for all our programming and going through the hard process of adding all the programs, exercise database etc in that app I am wary about about using one again. I will do a bit more research (client preferences and app usability) before diving in.

I am currently using PDFs with hyperlinks to my YouTube exercise tutorials but for periodized stuff it's kind of lacking.

Fantastic video, I use new zenler for my website/landing pages/courses/payments /email marketing/funnels it handles alot of things in my business, for the coaching program ( WhatsApp business+Google drive+zoom, I may switch to Microsoft teams to replace WhatsApp and zoom ) I will love to see how you use notion for your coaching program

Thank you for this, great advice! I am a Physical Therapist and all I want to do is upload videos I am performing, with voice-over or text instructions on how to perform, and then send that to my clients with sets/reps. I might look at Medbridge. Any ideas?
