Respected IBA Sukkur University Administrators,

I hope this application finds you in good health. I am applying for the Sindh Talent Hunt Program at IBA Sukkur University. As part of the application process, I am required to upload documents such as siblings fee receipt,rent agreement, electricity, and gas bills.

However, I am writing to inform you that I reside in a rural area where these utility services are not available. Due to the nature of my residence, we do not have electricity or gas meters, nor do we pay rent. I kindly request that you take this into consideration and allow me to proceed with my application without these documents, or advise on any alternative documentation that I can provide.

I assure you that I meet all the other requirements of the program and am eager to benefit from the opportunities it offers.
