it's a metaphor actually.
the lyrics are "Right now we are like the clock hands at 12:30
we have our backs to each other, looking at different places and trying to let go of everything". Right at 12:30 the time stops.. which means their relationship ends for them, and you can see that the girl doesn't move (not dead).
This is that kind of mv that needs to be watched more than once to actually know what is happening, it's rather confusing and you need to look up the lyrics too. The huge clock is like the key in this, you can see the time goes back and forth. The burning chair too, it's a symbolized thingy which as far as I know means that their relationship ends. Lastly, the half naked just there.

I'm a Korean, and the song's lyrics is about how he and she is different. 
You know, the angle from the clock pointing 12:30 is well.... about 180 degrees.. right?
You can see, that when it was 12 o'clock the man and the girl was very peaceful, happy.
But, time wnet faster when it was 12:15.
That's how I heard at the B2ST interview in Korea...

Well I have 2 conclusion with this mv.

1st I think that it has something to do with time since the song is called 12:30. So everything good happened before 12:30 and it started to go bad when it hit 12:30. So Doojoon was devastated when they broke up so he didnt want it to happen. Time had stopped and the girl isnt dead .

2nd I think that the 12:30 is how their relationship is. The arrows of the clock is pointing in the opposite direction which explains why they fought. ☺☺☺☺

I didn't understand at the beginning either but when I saw the Translation of the lyrics I immediately understood! 
When The clock is turning 12:00 they are on the same path, loving and caring about each other but at the times goes they start being distant from each other and u can notice that through their eyes and way of sitting and stuff .... 
But when the clock turns to 12:30 they're completely out! Arguing, fighting, wearing dark all those are signals .. I think they have chosen the 12:30 thing just to make a metaphor on how most lover's life are as the time passes :))
Well it is just a point of view after all!

Alright here's an explanation. The girl is not dead. When she throw away the watch and broke it the time stops so when Dujun accidentally throw her on the bed she froze. She's not dead obviously not. The chair means that they can't go back the way they used to be because their relationship is already mess up.

They are singing about the love they have and that their love is like a clocks hands and the farther away the hands are, like at 12:30, they are drifting away in their relationship, but when they realize how much they really love each other, it's like the hands of the clock getting close together like going to 12:00 again.. So it's like the saying "relationships have their ups and downs" except they use a clock as the metaphor.

As for the girl.. I don't think she is dead.. She is just lying their thinking what went wrong.. And the guy just loves her too much..
