The theme was not Chanel, A Line in fashion. It was Karl Lagerfeld: A Line In Beauty. He was a designer for Chloe, Fendi, Chanel, and Balmain. Lots of of people were on theme, they just were not exciting or over the top because Karl’s designs were not over the top. Simple as that
