YouTube does the same. While white-supremacists, fascists, terrorists, and their sympathizers, can say literally anything — from hate-propaganda to death-threats — without restriction. Conversely, people who speak up against racism and fascism, are subjected to added layers of restrictions that clearly don’t apply to others. And those restrictions are surreptitious in nature.

I appreciate the fact that you mentioned the fact that they suppress speech by black people and Palestinians, but you didn’t focus enough attention on the fact that they suppress speech by black people and Palestinians.

I don’t hear or see a whistleblower here, I don’t hear her with much conviction, reflection, about how her former company influenced elections, right wing hate speech…she at least recognized she hasn’t fully figured it out and so on…I heard more direct call out, warnings of Facebooks practices from other folks like Roger McNamee…anyways, fair questions from Mehdi, flushed her out with basic inquiries…

Every answer was deflected by centering the response around the difficult questions it raised for her career. No actual reference or acknowledgment of the real harms being caused. Walking a very fine line to maintain relationships and access to her former colleagues
