JAMES MARSHALL - 'Just You' (from 'Twin Peaks') Karaoke

RVZ138: Originally written on the set, in the Hayward livingroom, the final instrumental was performed and recorded by Badalamenti. James originally expected to play the guitar part, since it was based on his concept, and he expected it to be in a lower key. To reach the higher notes, the vocals were recorded with a slower instrumental, then speed corrected. This explains part of the eery effect of the song. This version is from the "Limited Edition Series" soundtrack, reprised by James with different singers on the show. However, Lynch used the original recording from the earlier series.
