@Hist247. This is not a difficult question at all, if men learn lessons from the past.
Five hundred years ago Europeans came to Africa and built trading posts. Then those trading posts were used as slave trading posts. Then those trading posts became military instillations that occupying armies used to invade and colonise all African lands except Ethiopia.
Unfortunately, some have not learned any lessons from history, and descendants of those past generations who enabled have enabled establishment of new military bases since 1960.
Hopefully Nigeria does not become one of these.
