I love how you mentioned that psychology is a life science and not a social science. I always tell people that the only type of psychology that is a social science is social psychology. Every other type of psychology is a life science. And even social psychology has life science elements to it.

My major is psychology, but I'm probably going to pursue two certificates in global and ethnic studies because social sciences offer so much perspective and context of the human experience.
