The government has always talked of the Kenya debt that consumes Ksh. 63 from every Ksh.100 raised. There must be an audit of the debt. How much was the original loan? Where the money went or was used - provide proof of cost and amount spent on approved projects. Any money stolen must be retrieved from the thieves and applied to the debt. Renegotiate genuine balance of debt with lenders.
