I really enjoy your videos. I grow tropicals in Phoenix area. Mangos, avocados, longan, sapodillas, papayas, etc. Prob 150 trees. Anyway, I’ll be planting 4 jackfruits (double planting) under a large cottonwood southern exposure. They are grafted. We have clay so planning on planting with course sand. I have flood irrigation which is great to have here in the desert. Any other advice?

Keep up the great work.

Is the bamboo not invasive? How do you maintain it without spreading?
What direction is the bamboo in? Thanks for the info on jackfruit, this was very helpful.

It doesn't looks like heat damage, my trees survived 7 days of 40c heat with minor damages. Yours looks like cold damage after winter.

hi
i know you want to try to grow those tropical plants here, but why would you because it will not grow well and not fruit here? because the plant will die back and keep recovering from the winter it will doing over and over every year it will eventually die
