I might try that one, I got the fluval flex 123 about 8 days a go and its still cycling but I find the noise level a bit too high for my taste and the output could be a bit more.

Hi, does ehiem 1000 has any heat issues? My flex 32.5g stock pump seems to be overheating which gives me abnormally high temp in the aquarium..
