SC to hear plea seeking probe into Hindenburg Research report on Adani group on Feb 10th

The Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to hear a plea seeking a direction to the Centre to constitute a committee monitored by a retired apex court judge to inquire and investigate into the Hindenburg Research report which has made a slew of allegations against the business conglomerate led by industrialist Gautam Adani on Friday.

SC should see this in two aspects.
One Adani by inflating and taking loans of trillions he has done a crime as same as printing fake currency.
By doing the following fraud in stock market, the retail investors would have lost huge money, this is to be treated seperately from the inherent risk of a natural ups and downs of share. But due to fraud which the regulators couldn't arrest, many are cheated for which atleast the investors have legal right to get justice and get back their money.
