I often get asked the question "Can we meet so I can "pick your brain" about Uvita", as a result I have been doing personal consulting for people visiting Costa Rica or thinking of moving. I have discovered that I truly enjoy showing people the wonders of this place that I call home, I probably enjoy the experience as much, if not more than the clients do. I have been doing this for a while but now I am doing it in a more structured way. I am now offering Costa Rica Travel and Relocation services with a wide variety of activities available from basic visits in and around town to more extensive tour. It is all based on your individual needs and schedule. This in simple terms is me showing you around the Uvita area and giving you a feel for what it is like to live in Costa Rica.
You can choose from one day to 6 days or more and it does not matter if you are planning on moving here or just on vacation, your time here can be customized to suit your needs.

I stayed in Tinamaste for about 10 days and 18 overall in Costa Rica back in Late July and I found you relating your experience in the area to be very accurate to what I experienced. When (or if) I decide to move down there, renting definitely seems like the way to go. Own what you can pack into a car is the best way to be flexible. Can't wait to get back--well done.

As a 35 year resident of Uvita and the owner of 2, 000 acres, from the tops of the eastern mountains down to the rivers birthed at their base, it was interesting to hear how you presented to the world this location that many regard as the most beautiful place they have ever experienced. It's sad that so much of what is the true magic of Uvita escapes most having come from the contrived artificiality of the modern world. The heart of Uvita is in the forests and rivers, not at the beach.

I totally enjoyed this vid. It was real. It resonated with me. Most of these cons arent specific to CR. They are common throughout latin / south america and the Caribbean but I appreciated the honesty. That said, dogs shouldnt be on beaches. Some ppl do not clean up after them and in place where there could be nesting areas, dogs will destroy them. I get the allure of walking the beach with your best friend but to be arguing with the rangers... come on man

Would you say you can ride your bike around to go to the beach or the supermercado? Can you walk to many local restaurants?

What a pity that the entrance to the beach is paid and not for pets. And is it far to walk to the open beaches?

so can't you get a residence card as i do in mexico, and how much is it and for how long my here is 4 years $200 dollars
