I thought you said people who want to buy football clubs should not broadcast their intentions in the mass media. Not only did you use the media platform you work for to announce your intentions of potentially buying Coventry City Football Club, but now you have used the same platform to let everyone know you're no longer interested in doing so. It's just plain old hypocrisy really, isn't it.
Maybe it would've been better to just take your own advice and keep your mouth shut about it from the beginning, it would've saved you from having to backpeddle embarrassingly, saying it's too much like hard work, which does not sound good, by the way.
