This is why I decided to use all of my savings to buy some land and throw an old mobile home on it to renovate. No mortgage payment, no rent, just taxes and utilities. Self sufficiency is the way you outplay these people

Remember the time when this was just a "conspiracy" and the conspirators did not have an international forum, openly declaring their plans in your face? Great times.

It’s great seeing a financial channel actually taking the Great Reset seriously when most brush over it or completely ignore it.👍

I own a small home at 60k purchased 7.5 years ago, I was told if I wanted to sell it in a day I could list it for 150k... That's insanity. I kicked the idea around for 2 minutes until I realized any housing bigger or better would be 200k+. I'll keep my small affordable home.

As a homeowner, who went through the nonsense of 2008 and who did not panic, my advice - just make your mortgage payments. So what if the value of your home went down as it did in 2008. Unless you are looking to sell - who cares? You are in your home with a roof over your head; making payments on a loan you agreed to and are building equity for when the market shifts. The same people who panicked back then and went into foreclosure are the same idiots who buy a brand new car and the minute they drive it off the lot; the car depreciates 20% of the purchase price but they don't complain about that.

You are nailing this right on . I own a small farm with no mortgage and the last 3 years it's been a nightmare getting my farm registered . The government keeps postponing my application forum and telling me that I need to take out a bank loan and government grants and expand my farm . I keep refusing and say I would rather own a small farm than be on a mortgage life sentence without parole .

For everyone saying stay in your home and make payments, REMEMBER, he is explaining a plan with many moving parts. He stated they're attacking jobs and local economies too. So you won't be making payments if you don't have MONEY. He's saying this is not a normal economy we're in and entering. It's not a NATURAL ebb and flow of the market. You may not have a job in the years to come, or making much less than inflation will demand of you. When you cant make payments, you may get a visit from an "angel" investor. They'll pay for your mortgage, but you will transfer ownership.

Thats the WHOLE point of this video. Its shining light on the PLANNED global reset.

The rent furlough was on purpose .. not to help renters.. but to hurt small time investors

I remember an expert years ago, who said the elite would use a "crisis" to implement a ban on eviction of non-paying tenants, forcing small landlords to sell to corporate landlords. They laughed at him and screamed "conspiracy theorist". The same guy said NATO would force Russia to invade Ukraine. Everything he said came true.

This is why it's so important to live within your means, set money aside for the future, have lots of food/water storage, stay out of debt, etc. I feel like most people around me are buying BMW's and living in McMansions and are house poor. It's so bizarre to act that way when we are on the brink of all this. Sadly they won't face reality until they get evicted or something like it. Shoot, I'm only a few paychecks away from living in a tent myself when I really think on it. [EDIT: Good points everyone. If inflation gets that crazy then no one will escape. I just hope to postpone that for as long as I can. ;)]

The real crime is continuing to pay taxes on the “value” of your home for the rest of your life and if you don’t the government will take it from you (see Happy Gilmore for example). Even if you already paid it off multiple times and “own” it.

You know it's real when YT feels the need to put a banner under the video telling you what's correct to think.

I’m glad I live in a flyover state. They ignore us. We did have one “investor” buy a house in my neighborhood and he wants so much in rent no one so far has rented it in six months.
The rent is practically double what the average is for a regular mortgage.
Sometimes it’s good not to be in a trendy area. The juice isn’t worth the squeeze .

It surprised me how easy it was to convince Americans that landlords were large greedy corporations and not blue collar folks who made an investment

When you have a unlimited printing press to own any Assets, using money printed from thin air, central banking & fractional reserve banking is probably the biggest scam portrayed on humanity

I think this is the focus. Drive up the prices, create a frenzy where people compete and fomo in throwing all their money at it and using stimulus to fuel the fire. Then when everyone is strung paper thin from inflation and being house broke, crash the markets and everyone loses their homes as Blackrock buys twice as many homes at half the price. Savings is at record lows, and debt is at record highs. The stage is set.

I went through this back in 2008. My home was "under water" for almost a decade. Last year i sold it and made $30k profit and it was a townehome. Bottom to make your regular payments, don't fall for a refi or any program that stops payments for a certain amount of time. Continue to make your normal payments. Just as prices dropped they will go back up

We actually went through this back in 2008. Well, similar to it. There was a man who knocked on our door offering to buy our house so we could avoid foreclosure. (I was sick that they even knew our home was on the ‘brink’ of foreclosure). Anyhow, the guys pitch was persuading... but, I couldn’t bring myself to even consider it.
Needless to say, we bucked up, dug in, and spent thousands of extra dollars- bailing ourselves out of a too close for comfort, foreclosure. Fast forward... as this mess unfolds, we weren’t waiting for a collapse in our economy. And, after 20 years in our home, we purged our home after —>32 years of marriage, raising children (all grown & now married), and repairing any neglect from our most recent empty nest/gonna travel-days... what a task!! We sold a bit along with giving away most all of our possessions, ALL, in three short months.
Solely because we can see what is happening & we wanted out of the manipulation that would only further enslave us.

So now we are debt free, living in the country 🌾 🚜 and are thankful for our freedoms.

I sold my condo and during the high and paid off everything. Now I have zero debt. I had paid down to 18K on my condo that went up from 87K to 185K. I paid off my home and my other rental home, car and my single credit card. I remember 2008 and not again. That house was the one I just paid off and I've had since 2007 with renters. I trust no government. I took most of my fund's out of the bank. I have been buying gold and silver throughout my life so I've got some of that but the next thing I bought was seeds and things like that to have a huge garden enough for a few years for myself and family. I have no kids so that's one reason why I've been able to save most of my life.
