I love seeing the layout of your fall garden. I'm very interested in growing sweet potatoes so that was helpful to see in progress.

Our garden this year has definitely been a lesson in patience with the heat and wind. I have managed to harvest a good amount of kale, oregano, chives and parsley and we had a good crop of onions. Fall raspberries are gearing up, which is nice. Now waiting for the tomatoes and peppers to ripen and to dig our potatoes. 🤞🤞 Zone 5B central Utah mountains

Your garden is doing really well even with the hot temps you've had. This is my 2nd year actually gardening with a variety of plants. In the past I only did tomatoes which have always done well. This year has been a struggle with all of my plants with the exception of collards, swiss chard and lettuce. My tomatoes and peppers not doing well. Only got 2 small zucchinnis and no yellow squash. Planted garlic for the first time last fall and got a good harvest from that. I have learned some things that I will do differently next year. The strawberries I did in a small container raise bed did nuch better than those in the larger raised bed. They didn't do well last year either. I am disappointed but not discouraged will try again next year.

Northern Utah gardens were tough this year! I planted 2 zucchini and finally gave up on one and pulled it out. The other gives me zucchini now and then. TERRIBLE! My tomatoes are great thanks to shade cloth. Peppers are OK and cukes are just coming on (again thanks to shade cloth). I literally had everything shaded when the temps went over 98. Wind didn't help either and we have had a LOT of wind here. I'm in farm land so no wind breaks.

All in all I'm happy, but didn't get the beets and parsnips I was hoping for. Will plant beets again and carrots tomorrow and see what happens. May be too late, but worth a try. My chickens got around my barrier and took the carrots and one box of beets, I had. But they did keep the grasshopper population under control so I didn't make them into chicken dinner. Glad to see even the "experts weren't perfect. Gives me hope.for next year.

Great tour!

I wish I could get zucchini to grow. I transplanted two plants and only harvested one zucchini. 😂

Glad to see all the sweet potato vines. We planted 60 slips this year since we love SP's.

Enjoyed the tour. It was encouraging that someone else has a lack of sun problem. Did I see some pears? Or what was the fruit that was individually wrapped?

Your garden looks very good! Enjoyable tour 😊 I grew a very fun shelling bean called calypso from gurneys this year. A very pretty black and white bean that did very well. They look great in the mason jar!

Love seeing others Gardens for motivation, ideas. Good to also hear the weather issues others are having too. We had a cold spring and a colder than usual June. Then the hottest first week of July i remember having in a long time. Then it got kind of mild after that. Weve had rain since Saturday and it isn't suppose to get better until thursday next week. So weird weather here in western WA

Many thanks for the tour. Your garden is inspirational & informational; I saw features that I hope to incorporate into mine. God bless & happy harvesting!

I have five zucchini plants in different locations and only harvested about two zucchinis all summer 😂 my garden was a failure this year. The only thing that did good this year for me was tomatoes, cucumbers, lemongrass and peppers.

Great tour! Curious about bags you have over fruit. You got me inspired to plant a few more things in the garden. Thank you.

Nice garden! You need some sweet corn planted the hill drop method too. Looks like AJ does an excellent job keeping the weeds and grass out of the garden. Yes, do more tours and tell what the varieties are. It's neat and fun seeing other's gardens progress. Thanks!

Thanks for the garden tour. What are you doing besides trap plants to control your squash bugs and tomato hornworms?

Your watering system has the holes facing the ground?

How many plants do you recommend planting for a cattle panel arch? Cucumbers, squash, pole beans and other vegetables plants?

The bell pepper plant took forever to put on flowers and when it did it only put on 4. Out of the 4 peppers, I took 3 because something chewed holes in one of them which was still a baby. The Hungarian hot wax and banana peppers are pumping out like crazy and the chili pepper plant just started producing this week.
