Those who're saying íts not heeramandi, those buildings were part of heeramandi known as "kothas" now they're being transformed into restaurants though there are still some kothas behind them where mehfils n mujras are performed. The video contains clips from "haveli" which is now a famous restaurant. I'm from lahore and i've visited this area many times, they look more captivating in real than in cameras.
