Freeze some of the stock in one of those silicon ice cube trays then once frozen, pop the cubes into a ziploc bag and keep in the freezer. They’ll stick together but snap apart easily enough, then you have little flavour bombs to drop in dishes. One very handy use is popping a few in the water you’re cooking rice or pasta in, it brings a whole new layer of flavour.

Great tutorial! I reduce mine down further to concentrate it then put it into a silicone icecube tray to freeze then put the cubes in a ziplock bag. Takes up less room in the freezer when you have pork, beef, lamb stock as well as the chicken stock.

Awesome, didnt know it could be just the carcass. Every other recipe is telling me to go buy a bunch of herbs i dont have.

So now the chicken has been cooked 1, bones have been boiled, 2, now I have stock. If I turn it into chicken and sweetcorn soup, can I freeze it as a ready meal? Thank you, love your videos x x
