He's saying take care of the poor, the widow, the fatherless, and I will secure your Life from your enemies.

We are not in pain compared to Jesus his pain he suffered for us on the cross. Just put yourself in Jesus's position on the cross then what you go through trials and tribulations through adversity is small compared to being in the cross. That's the hard stuff on the cross. Amen.
