Detective Jim Scharf has helped solve 24 cold cases in the last 17 years. Thursday was his last day with the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office.

I love how detectives just sit back for years & years & years doing absolutely NOTHING, then all of a sudden some DNA happens to "fall into their lap" from a genealogy test, an advancement in technology or a witness steps forward & makes a HUGE break in the case...Then they claim to have "NEVER givin' up" & to have solved EVERYTHING themselves & soak up ALL the credit! 😡

I am a survivor of a Cold Case serial rapist/murderer from 30 years ago! I kept myself alive by putting myself in hiding for almost 20 freakin' years because the cops & the justice system did NOTHING to protect me!!! If they would have listened to me 30 years ago there would be no cold cases because none of these poor women would have been raped or murdered because he would have been locked up during the time those horrific crimes took place!
Nothing worse than being victimized all over again by lying "cops" that are supposed to be on your side!
