Dak was 13-3 his FIRST year as a starter. And 13-3 multiple times, with 12-5 for the last 3 years. The real issue here is JJ and Steven are second guessing their plan! This is an ownership issue. NO QB is worth this kind of money IF you want to win! You require a team. You cannot afford a team if you pay him $60 MIL a year.

It may seem like Dak has all the leverage but he doesn’t want to leave Dallas and the only way he’ll stay is if he plays ball with the Joneses. He’s on his way out.

I’m with Acho. As a niners fan if u told me Purdy will get the niners over the next four years into the nfc championship game all 4 years and get the the Super Bowl 2 of those years but will lose both. I’m replacing Purdy and trying to find a QB that can get us a win. James is right if you draft a QB it could be Wilson, Lance, or Fields but that draft pick could be Brady 6th round, Dak 4th round, Purdy 7th round, maybe Love or Lamar who were both late first round picks. That’s the difference between the winners and the losers. Winners will take that risk to be bad for a year or two to get to where they want to be. Losers are happy with limited success. Jerry’s ego made him fire the best coach he ever had and hasn’t been back to a Super Bowl since. Niners haven’t won but been back 3 times over the last 10 to 12 years with Kyle and Harbaugh.
