Excellent and easy way to make us understand. Thank you for that. I have one query, I would be really thankful if you answer. My query is ( i have data set containing 30000 Fasta sequences and I want to randomly extract 1500 sequences from this data set. As I am a beginner in python. does python can do this task or any other bioinformatic tool that could be helpful. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you
