I use one, I bought it from an Italian wholesalers five years ago as I cater for on average 100 guests at summer barbeques. It is very easy to use. Only the first burger in the pile requires a disc!

Appreciate the ya taking the time to demo this for us. Suggestion though maybe next time include breaking it down and clean up so we can see what type of hassle there is.

Two cupboards Great piece of equipment 👍I have quite a few bits of commercial equipment that I bought from catering auctions years ago. Those burgers beat frozen shop bought burgers any day. At least you know what's in them. Would be good for making breakfast sausage patties as well. Great stuff Eddie 👍

What's the benefit over just forming them by hand? Do they freeze well with the paper? Does the paper stop them from sticking together? Can the paper peel off easily if frozen?

Only thing don’t like is the burgers are really small ones I try to have atleast 5oz burger when I start cooking and these only make 3 oz and they end up cooking to almost 2.6 oz so takes two to give a decent serving

Ooooh ahhhh as we marvel at the sight and operation of this gadget.

I didn't know modern Man could make such a thing.
I'm still using the stone age method of a hollowed out piece of stone and wooden press. Works fine, just a little slow.

I am always fighting the Pattie press to make a perfect burger so this would be perfect but can you set the thickness to what you want?

Chris you didn't need to press the burger balls by hand, on the side of the unit just press the button and it drop the table down then put in the paper disk burger ball paper disk, then press. Repeat

Seriously cool gadget for people who cater for big gatherings- my in-laws do loads of churchy stuff and I bet this would be useful for that sort of thing. For £80 the time you'd save versus doing them by hand would make it worth while I reckon. Hope you can use it for some of the kids parties 👍🏻

You will have to eat a lot of burgers to justify buying, but with that were and how much are the replacement papers.

Will we now be seeing you make some new burger recipes to show us, that it is worth buying
does the manual tell you to make 100g burgers. and how do you know how much pressure to give it so its firm enough and does not just fall apart then cooking
