Nick Shaw has a series of videos for changes with Chronobot and a play through of Chronossus. Chronossus isn’t as easy to manage as Chronobot but the ability to change difficulty and addition of module support is so worth it.
Blinking mechanism is fantastic. It’s a big change but not so big that you feel you’re playing a different game.

You can also go for the Upgrade Level when you own the Retail Version. I decided for the Standalone Expansion. The tradeoff will be ending up with 3 Boxes. But since I can't think of getting rid of the nice looking boxes I'm fine with that decission...
