This should be listed as lighter pranks or fun lighter hacks. The first one stings the would be smoker without ever lighting, the second one turns it into a micro water gun with a few last ditch shots or you could fill it with lighter fluid instead for a refillable aspect, and the last one makes it into a mini flame thrower.
