The Last of Us 2 ending clearly to me sets up The Last of Us Part III the sequel. Could we see a NEW Playable Character in a new Last of Us Game? The Last of Us 2 director Neil Druckman confirmed Naughty Dog has started work on their next major project! He refused to state if it is The Last of Us Part 3! Naughty Dog has a big decision ahead in terms of the future! According to numerous insiders The Last of Us Part 3 is in production at Naughty Dog! I really hope it’s 3 I’m through my 3rd replay of 2 and I’ll be playing the 1st remake again when it comes out for PC in a few days. I need to see how Abby and Lev end up, and I know there’s still a little more they can do with Elle, she needs to be redeemed.

He doesn’t actually say it with be the last of us three he said that a big game is in production it could be the multiplayer because that’s a big game as well and we would all be excited for that two until naughty dog says that there are working on the last of us three I don’t know what to think 🤔 I mean he did say that if there was not a story to be told the last of us two would be the end we all would love 💕 the last of us three because where did Ellie go to at the end did she go back to Jackson to look for Dina and j j or to look for the fire flys and what happened to Abby and Lev did there find the fire flys so there are a lot of answers that naughty dog has to come up with this story is not finished by a lot shot so has much as I want last of us three because I love both of these games thank you dom your comments are all ways interesting ❤

If it is, I honestly want there to be more world building. I want Ellie or whoever to take it to Mexico, see how factions have risen from cartels, drug lords, religion, maybe a dam that they manage to distribute water, etc. those type of things would be dope

I know I want to see Ellie fulfill her destiny, and also for them to make a cure while also letting her live.

But if I've learned anything about Neil Druckmann is that his story structure starts with unimaginable loss, then healing from that loss.

So TLoU3 must begin with a trauma, and then be a journey through that trauma.

And I can't see the happy ending I crave in that structure.

As someone who visited Jakarta. I want to play the flour factory breakout game and run through literally millions of infected in the slums of it. No AAA title so far playing in slums instead of skyscrapers and wide city parts.

It's great that Neil is returning for a new game I hope it's the part 3 but I would also like to see a new IP since it's pending for a long time we have got part 2 and remake already I don't mind waiting a bit before part 3
