Good luck if you ever want to get this monitor serviced or repaired. We sent a monitor in for repair and OSEE mismanaged the shipping and never took account for it. I now only buy monitors from reputable companies with local repair facilities.

our team recently bought 21.5 1500nits monitor from the company and we are happy with it. of course c stand locking is little bit annoying but we solved it with mini combo stand. no wiggle anymore. however cheese plate for it is insanely expensive when comparing existing plates in the market… which is necessary to pair the monitor with teradeks.

I have an older version of this monitor which has extremely hard to press membrane style buttons. So, I'm glad to see they replaced those horrid buttons with conventional click-style buttons.

The other issue with my version of the monitor is that it continuously drains my V-mount battery when the unit is turned off. I found out that hard way, and have to pull the battery during breaks. There are TWO on/off switches, which is just silly as there is no need for two, especially as they don't disable the battery.

As this monitor is 1, 000 nits, it can be used in daylight. My monitor is difficult to view in bright light, and totally useless in daylight.

So, in spite of my grumbling about my current monitor, I'm tempted to give this one a try. I wish it could take 4K inputs, display two images side by side, and allow Mac users to calibrate it. However, for $900, I guess that's expecting too much. At least it's bright and they replaced those horrid membrane buttons!

I’m a Local 600 Cinematographer and you’re deleting my comments because I complimented your review? WTF, over?

I’m glad that Osee is getting positive reviews, they make great - normally no frills, HQ monitors.

I have ZERO affiliation with Osee but have purchased their products and have never had any issues.

Was that so hard?

So I have to go buy or borrow a PC “windows “ just to calibrate the monitor? No option for Mac huh? I’m a Mac user only guy. That’s a deal breaker and what company does that?
