Never has the loss of an artist affected me as much as the passing of Nanci. Her songs were my travelling companions from my teens into my 40s, each song and lyric evoking memories and feelings from my past. So dearly missed.

It's 2025 and I'm so glad to read all the comments from people who were affected by Nanci like I was. I honestly fell in love with her at first sight, catching her on Austin City Limits during the Little Love Affairs tour, and that love never faded away. I don't tend to be a fanboy and don't usually feel much when entertainers die, but I still mourn Nanci in the same way that I mourn the loss of Johnny Cash and will for Willie. I sure wish all of our love for her had helped her deep inside. From what I gather it didn't help much. Thanks for posting this video, it's great to see her still strong and beautiful.

Look at her up there giving us possibly definitive versions of her wonderful songs, after emerging from two bouts with cancer. She’s a force of nature.

I have wonderful memories of two concerts, Sun Valley, Idaho and Missoula, Montana. Just magical. I miss her.

Such an incredible voice! What a musician and women! I was lucky to see her twice when she was in the UK! God bless, such a loss to no longer have her talent! Plus her guitar player is awsome his solo at the end of white freightliner blues 👌🏻👌🏻

To my ears, James Hooker was a brilliant, feelingful piano player whose sole purpose was to compliment Nanci's singing. I think she must have felt the same....because she kept him as her band leader and piano player for more than twenty years.

What a beautiful soul this woman was & to think I only discovered her a couple of weeks ago. I hope you are "Flying" Nanci.

It was about this time I saw her in North Wales. I keep playing her recently and it's great to see and hear this, which, apart from a few Welsh references, must be substantially the same. Thank you for uploading! Bless her.

I like Nancy Griffin pretty well. But Nancy and “Boots of Spanish Leather” is a match made in Heaven.
