If you plan on getting the Sony WF-1000XM3 wireless earbuds (an AMAZING product, btw.. i'm in love with these. 10/10 in my opinion), do yourself a favor and get these replacement tips. These feel so much more secure in my ear than the ones that came with the Sony buds. I just bought these for $20 on Amazon.

I purchased the true grip foam tips assorted pack. I used the smallest ones there are so it can fit. I think the medium and large will be too big. I put them on but they still fall out of my ears sometimes unless I'm not wearing them properly
Is there a fix this

DO NOT buy these. 90% of the time the tips stay in your ear canal when you take out the earbuds. Very dangerous
