it used to
be pretty good against ppl that dont know tf it is
increases dmg taken by 20% if they have matador(already badly designed with this talent even in the game)
have an absurdly long cooldown
last at most 8 secs
now it does all of that but cant be used with any other mantras & isnt nearly as good against even ppl that dont know what it is

There’s 6 regalia’s that have been found as of now One you start off with good rep with everyone TWO you have 25 extra skill points at endgame instead of 330 you now have 355 THREE you can see your ally’s hp etc and lastly you get free bell at start and a 5th regalia that makes it so when you start off you get 1000 notes and 50 knowledge a 6th regalia that gives you 20 aces on spawn to.
