It is good that so much of importance is given to judiciary. There is a need to overhaul the system of judiciary in India. Our puranas and other books on law, judiciary written by our ancestors should be given importance. Existing or retired judges should do research on them and get them in our constitution. We need good lawyers and fasten processes for judgement. Specifically for civil cases and criminal cases against women.
