I aim for 90g/hour so 2xPF chews (They are delicious and go down fast)=60g, plus 30g PF in 500ml. Sometimes it's a lot to drink 500ml/hour so I only get about 75 g total/hour. I have to deliver some carbs via drink otherwise its way too much eating...esp humas. Great job on your training!

Nice vlog! Do you have tips or a routine on how to mentally prepare for a race? I have not heard that before 😊 After watching your vlogs I’m hoping to complete my first 70.3 next year so thankful for any tips on how to not break mentally 😅
