Ooo! The lip tingle has me intrigued 🧐
That amaranth is crazy! I’m so glad you stood next to it! 😲

Last year all of my purported bell pepper starts were actually habañero! I grew them through winter sowing. I've never bought habañero seeds, so I think it was the seed seller's joke to mislabel the package. Plants grew well and were prolific, but I'd never tried them. Wasn't sure how hot, so I used a few thin slices in a salad. After the fire department left . . . . Seriously. I can't imagine how most of my bell peppers morphed into fire peppers!

I really like the habanada pepper, as does my picky son! We both thought it had a very fruity flavor. My plant in the garden didn't do well but the one in my Aerogarden has LOTS of flowers on it, so I'm very excited!

I love this - your descriptions were great! I will definitely be adding habanada to my grow list for next year. P.S. The little faux 'freak out' made me lol 😆

Absolutely love habanada peppers. We dry, grind them and use to season stews, soups, and more...delicious!!!

I'm glad your Habanadas did so well. Mine tanked.😄 Ooh...I saw your face when you bit that. I was going to try ours in some seafood and Creole stuff too.

I love popping amaranth seeds like popcorn. Grew a few habanadas but didn't try them yet. They look so hot but I know they aren't. 😆

You are so much fun to watch! I have the same mic as you do with that long cord. But I love it!!! hahaha It gets tangled alot but it's so easy to user right? Simple, , , I don't trust the cordless stuff. Anyway. . . nice video hun that pepper looks amazing! My favorite peppers are the lunch box orange. . . They are so sweet, have you ever tried them? 💚💛🧡❤💜💙

Interesting video. I hope the lip tingle thing isn't a food allergy first reaction, and will then be a bad reaction the next time you try them. I've enjoyed your videos this year!

I grew the habanada 5-6 years ago and was amazed how long it took to go from light green to orange.

Lol, when you bit the pepper—wait for it….wait…Yow!
I am not a hot pepper fan, more mild or sweet. To satisfy husband and friends I planted 2 different mixed hot peppers 🌶
Have a lot because the packets were salsa and piñata mix and planted them all to make sure of variety. Husband tasted one and it sent him running to the house for something to wash it down 🤣. Yep, they’re hot🤣🤣

The amaranth is amazing!! My peppers are still coming in heavy. They seemed slow to start but are making up for it now. Does anybody else still have lots of green tomatoes on the vine? I still have lots of green cherry/grape size tomatoes. The garden this year has been weird!

I came back this year just to let you know we have our habanada seed planted so we will be trying our hand at growing them then trying our taste buds when we eventually eat them 🤘🐺🤘
