A bed is a bit of a stretch, but opens up a useful amount of space though.
Especially like what appears to be some pretty hard wearing surfaces in there.

I removed my rear/back seats and swapped the passenger side front seat for a DETATCHABLE click on seat which removes by sliding the switch on the lady and the right side of it and it gives. A perfect sleeping space aswell as the removable seat mod I have done being able to set it outside and set it on the folding legs I welded for it so I can sit outside

Could do the same in a 1991+ N14 Nissan Pulsar. Flatter, more comfortable and that was just rear seat folded and hatch floor.

actualy rear seats did have to be folded.
its not for bed it is to lean and strech your legs straight
