If its a ranking that can win in the playoffs and win the championship then your top 8, phoenix, lakers and clippers if kawhi is somehow healhty in the playoffs has a chance to win.
You rank rockets and pelicans that has no chance whatsoever to win it all. Clippers would atleast have a chance if kawhi is healthy
