why ALWAYS this music in the open world?

As program music? Technically perfect. The composer was asked for this, and this is what was done. Is it beautiful? Certainly not. What is this? Music? It’s a single prolonged note. A poor, timbral use that relies only on the "sound" and not on what this sound actually does. Disappointing for an opening, a missed opportunity. Oblivion, Skyrim, Diablo… are built around the music, and I still remember arriving in Tristram, certainly not for the graphics…
