So I did some math on the Giant TNT thing, and here are the results
1 Compressed TNT = 9 Normal TNT
9 Compressed TNT / 1 Super Compressed TNT = 81 Normal TNT (Nearly 85)
9 Super Compressed TNT / 1 Ultra Compressed TNT = 729 Normal TNT (Nearly 730 TNT)
18 Super Compressed TNT / 2 Ultra Compressed TNT = 1, 458 Normal TNT (Nearly 1, 460 TNT)
That's how much you needed to make 2 Ultra Compressed TNT in total!

How much Gunpowder and Sand would it take to craft all this in total?

You need 5 Gunpowder and 4 Sand to craft 1 piece of normal TNT
So to do this we're going to multiply the total amount of TNT to make 2 Ultra Compressed TNT!

Gunpowder: 1, 458 × 5 = 7, 290 Gunpowder in total or 113¾! (Nearly 7, 300 Gunpowder or 114.0625)

Sand: 1458 × 4 = 5, 832 Sand in total 91.125 (Nearly 5, 850 Sand or 91.5 Stacks)

That's how much it would take to craft it all in total!

To answer the math question one compressed tnt needs 9 normal tnt. To make one super compressed tnt you will need 81 normal tnt. To make one ultra compressed tnt you will need 9 super tnt which is equivalent to 729 tnt in total. The recipe for one giant tnt is 2 super compressed, 2 ultra compressed tnt and 1 tnt block. In total that is 1, 603 tnt required for 1 giant tnt.

Super TNT Takes 2 Ultra Compressed 729 + 729, 2 Super Compressed, 81 + 81 and 1 Regular, (and 4 Ender Pearls, but who cares?) which takes us to a grand total of…oh, boy…1, 621 TNT!!! That’s a lot of damage!
