I had not filed yet; I knew there was an appeal & was hoping for a block or something because I felt like there were too many unknowns at this point & so many small biz owners, I've talked to weren't even aware of its existence/requirements. I believe there would have been so many caught off guard due to the sheer lack of awareness. We'll see what happens next.

I didnt file yet. I'm an LLC. I asked my tax lady about her oponion in this too. I even sent her 2 articles, one from Forbes about this block.
This ruling doesn't feel right.

Fencen request it should never happen, when you register a company with State and when you file your taxes, they already knew everything about the business, it’s double dipping.
Question: What the IRS doing with the info they receive about the business?
