Other Kinds of Love

Someone smart asked me a good question. Relationships do happen without the variables on Zones being primary reasons for the relationship. Zones just isn't about those kinds of love. It's about the fun kind that sells views.,

Very well done, that was a test of your message's authenticity (whether she meant it that way or not) and you fucking nailed it.

It's disappointing how few people talk about sacrificial, giving love. I learned about Agape love and Philia love in Sunday School as a kid. In our modern western culture we focus too much on eros (romantic/sexual) love. You need more than that to keep a relationship together over a long period of time because feelings come and go quickly.

Yup, you really are a genius when it comes to this, very few people are able to articulate and put things visually like that. And it conforms with everything that I already know as well.

I was reading a book about an arranged marriage, something I am for the most part against, where the author states how her family married her off so that the couple could move to the states, basically planning for the betterment of their lives. And author states how blessed she was since at first love did not come easy, the couple only first met the day they wedded, but their love grew to compassion over time. So now they are close and I think that is incredibly lucky and beautiful in its own way.

I think what a lot of intelligent people(which I'd assume this community has a lot of) have problems with the types of attraction you focus on, because it's not logic based, it still makes sense and balances out in the end, but it's driven by lust in both men and women, it's meant to be fun. Which intelligent people tend to not make decisions based on fun. Meanwhile the people who have less impulse control find what you talk about very natural and elementary even if they can't put it into words as precisely as you do, but don't understand the responsible & selfless type of love, which I also think feeds back into the problem of women chasing after men way out of their league because they aren't thinking about anything other than fun. Not enough thinking about thinking, and after watching these videos, I can very easily identify who is not thinking about thinking, and it's scary sometimes.

You can see how people are struggling with the "entry level relationship" stages - this guide to other types of love to aspire to, I think would be a very health addition.
Just to include those that have their sights on finding love outside of the often animalistic dating ecosystem.

The compactness of your videos astounds me. I know to expect it, but it still amazes.

I think that this video is an important piece of context when it comes to watching hoe_math content. It’s probably one of the first I’d recommend if someone had any questions.

That remark aside, I can’t wait for Mr. _math to start talking about those other forms of love because they’re what interest me most. His current content is helpful in understanding the beginning stages of a relationship, and that’s very important, but I’m also (if not more so) interested in the long-term sustaining of a relationship.

I think this is my favourite channel. Maybe not the best or most informative if you compare it to long-form content, 1 hour podcasts or even whole audiobooks.

But it’s the short form content that really sells here. I don’t follow any other channel that can pack so much stuff into just 2 or 3 minutes and make it seem effortless and funny.

Honestly, the complete, ALL inclusive, 3-dimensional "cube" (or whatever shape is ultimately needed), explanation of relationships is going to be VERY interesting to watch and learn about, once you finally figure out a way to incorporate it all! (Even if the video is longer than usual and/or has to be broken up into more than one part, which is likely to be the case)

We all give you encouragement and may you have all of the epiphanies needed to figure out the best way to explain it, because that video is going to be totally awesome and definitely groundbreaking! It might even make you famous worldwide, all over the news, TV talk shows, podcasts, etc... Keep working on it and we all look very forward to seeing it, however long it takes to make it!

I've always known about the more sacred Spiritual energy level of Love and interpersonal and intimate connection myself, due to my rather "hippie" upbringing, among a very Loving and cooperative community of like minded people, and without that level and depth of TRUE connection, it's very difficult for any two people, regardless of gender, but especially among intimate couples, to have a relationship actually last for MANY years, decades, or even a lifetime, but it's still a VERY important part of the overall relationship picture, especially for those of us who are mostly interested in finding and having a TRULY long term, deeper level, Loving relationship with a truly High Quality partner!

hoe_math is going to make breakthroughs in multi-dimensional mathematics once he creates his zones-cube and finds it still needs more dimensions.

I think Sternberg’s Triarchic Theory of Love is a great model that depicts different types of love in which there are 3 components: intimacy, passion, and commitment.

A video on Agape love would be highly appreciated. Nobody has yet analysed that type in the context of the modern world, dating market and general social trends. Would be incredibly interesting and valuable
