dude... 550 dl and 450 sq is pretty good for your size, what are you like 200lbs? You want bigger lifts you gotta eat bro... ive seen soooo many guys saying this or that program didnt work.. but they only put on like 5 lbs of bodyweightweight in 2 yrs... you gotsta eat to grow!!!

Mate; decent review - however it’s not the programme that’s preventing you from getting stronger on the deadlift. I suggest you invest in a few sessions with a reputable coach who will teach you to brace and wedge before you lift. Currently you are not close to engaging your lats enough to drive a better lift - good luck!

Not sure if you tried this or not, but Beyond 531 has a template called The Strength Challenge where it's aimed at increasing your maxes on each lift. There's also joker sets, but that's a different story.

Did you read the book? You can add volume with back down sets (like you said) and you can add intensity with joker sets. If you run a version of BBB you can get more frequency

Progressive overload, and a caloric surplus make you bigger, not more volume. If volume was the secret, crossfitters would be massive

Add more sets Before Working sets x3 - 5 Reps ..Everything went up > For Me!
Leg pressing 1050 Lbs for 12 Reps, Bent Over Row 180 Kg's For 8 Reps - Bench >190 Kgs for 5 Reps. Body Weight > 210 Lbs

So you would do your 3 warm up sets, 3 working sets, then your backdown sets what % do you do them at and the reps. TY

I dont know if you mention this on this video but in your opinion when you about to hit your last working set, what rep ranges I should aim for when Have to dothe 5+ 3+ and the 1+? For example when I'm for 5+ should I hit 8 or 10 reps etc?

If you are struggling with intensity and not getting close to your max weight you need to do joker sets
