As a Registered Republican Voter never again speak to me about Republican Values, Family, Law or Parenting as well as supporting any Republican Candidate again as they only care about themselves and their own political views, opinions and careers and anyone to whom they can sell their loyalty to to protect themselves.

MTG is a prime example of what happens when politicians abuse the intelligence of their constituents. QAnon and other groups that believe they're morally a better judge of certain things than professionally educated people. Especially, individuals that are experts in whatever field the topic is about. There's definitely no shortage of ignorance in the US.

I was at a local bar last night, having a drink when I got into a conversation with another local about them moving to Virginia. The women made this comment that she doesn't like President Biden. I asked why. She said because of the inflation, high grocery and gas prices. I asked her, since when do US president determine the prices of corporate goods? She didn't respond about that but went on to say that because President Biden shut down the Key Stone pipeline, gas prices went up. I asked her why she felt this way when the pipeline was only 8% constructed and it was at a very least 2 years before any oil would ever flow through it? I also added that there were more than 9, 000 dwelling leases that the oil corporation could be using to drill for oil, so why aren't these being used. She didn't have an answer for either, but she asked me how I knew this stuff. I told her how, that I'm a researcher and it's my job to be informed. She told me they were moving to Virginia in the next week, then asked me about that state. I said it was a beautiful state, much like Oregon, but there are no big mountains. It was however one of the states that struggles with high numbers for uneducated, on welfare and food stamps, but that most states with these problems are red states. Of course she defended her position, but what I took away from the conversation was it doesn't matter how much information you give to these far right wing individuals, they will die on the sword before they will ever accept reality. The End.
