All these years in the past, number of repraters used to be 500-1500 at max.
But this year there were 24, 000 repeaters all with good marks in boards without writing the exam. If board marks are considered for those repeaters, majority of freshers won't get good college at all despite doing it all their own efforts in first attempt since repeaters are in such a large number.
