Get Started With Local Service Ads

If you're a web designer, you're crazy if you don't offer ways to bring in recurring revenue for your business. Most web designers focus really heavily on SEO and WordPress maintenance plans. The problem is, clients are becoming increasingly less likely to sign up for those services. They think SEO takes too long and if anything goes wrong with their website, they'll call you.

A lot of web designers don't want to become Google Ads gurus because learning the Google Ads platform is somewhat complicated. It's also time-consuming to manage all the details of a successful Google Ads campaign.

Here's an easy way to add tremendous value to your projects without having to master a new, complicated skill set. I'll also tell you how to get your first client onboard without feeling awkward offering a service you haven't ever done before.

If you're a web designer or WordPress developer and you're looking to get into digital marketing, this is a great first step.

This is super helpful for getting leads for local businesses Lee. And, as you explain, there's lots of room for value-add services for clients as well as the local service ads. Thanks for sharing more awesome value!

Thanks a lot Lee for your ever fresh and actionable information you share to us. This is great way brand new way to earn extra cash from local clients.

Can I introduce this to my international clients as well or does it only apply to local clients?

Thanks Lee, that's great information. How would you suggest working out the commission structure? is there a way to actually know how many closed deals there were from the leads? or is it up to the client to report?

great video, is this related to being "google screened" ? If not, do you know of a good tutorial on getting a realtor screened? thanks!!

Do you set up the accounts for the clients under a management tool of some kind or do you just create an individual account for the client. If the latter, how do you set up the difference in the payment for your service doing this vs. the qualified leads payment?

This is a fantastic idea, and if anyone has come across a link of zip codes that Google provides services for, could you please post it? I've tried a few for bigger cities like LA and Portland, and it's hit or miss. Hopefully, Google has that info somewhere, so we can target our clients efficiently.

How have you helped get clients signed up? They ask for such detailed documents and most of my clients aren't even up for that hassle. Second question...once signed up how do you manage their page as an agency? Is it similar to Google Ads where they can add you as a user?

Cost + commission for first try...I like this.
Logistically, do they put their credit card info into the ad account? Or are they paying me and then I use that to pay for the ads? I should probably know this, LOL.

This only works for certain sectors and not for every business...
