I thought you oldies fans would get a blast out of this classic I remember as a kid in the 60's. I cranked it up a notch as I usually do.
It's one of the many I had on my list to do for the future. many more to come!

Best garage-band song ever. What a year 1966 was on the radio.

To be part of Rock And Roll History you do not need a lot of hits . You just need that one MEGA to the club.

Always loved this song and now it sounds better! The Syndicate of Sound played at my San Jose high school's first dance of the year, 1966. I thought their covers of some Beatles songs were better than the original! I still remember, "You're gonna lose that girl" as being one.

My mom broke my 45, she thought it was dirty! I bought another one next day.

One of my favorite songs from my youth in the sixties. I heard it for the first time in the beginning of 1966. It reached nr.19 in the Top 40 in the Netherlands and stayed there for 8 weeks. That crisp and clear sound of the guitars and I like the arrogant voice of the singer. That's exactly how I felt when I once was rejected ;-) ==>> "It's all over for you, hahaha"

Haven't heard this in forever! Came on XM Radio this morning and unlocked some memories ❤ I'm a 90s kid but raised on all the best music

this is what the 60s really sounded like...as a 6 year old in the back seat of a '65 impala convertible listening to the middle seat speaker en route to the beach....I can feel the sand between my toes

Beautifully done enhancement! Especially for old geezers who were there when the song first came out and who now have to wear headphones to truly enjoy it. Your site rocks!

I hear this and I'm 12 again, listening to my transistor radio on the beach at the lake. Thanks for the enhancement! Sounds great!

This angry song really put garage bands on the map. The composers of the Brill Building in New York really define the early 60s. Ellie Greenwich, Phil Spector, Barry Mann, Leiber and Stoller, Boyce and Hart. Their street-smart tear-jerkers gave us 60s people a new perspective about romance. Not so easy, as we would like.
