4:45 Three Different Roles Within Vulnerability Management:
- Vulnerability Scanner Operator (semi tech)
Run scans and make sure it runs successfully
- Security Analyst — review the vulnerabilities and provide recommendations
- Compliance Analyst— least tech of them all. Make sure scans were ran on time and make sure vulnerabilities were addressed within the company’s policy (completed within certain days)

Excellent information. I used to run a qualys scanner about 10 years ago. I loved that product. I rarely ever endorse security platforms but Qualsys was far ahead of the other scanners out there back then. So if you can get a cert for it I am going to do the training to get a cert especially if it's free and I wish other product manufactures would do the same.
