Ingredients
. Paneer-200gm
. Black pepper powder-1 tsp
. Salt-1 tsp
. Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
. Coriander leaves-1 tsp
. Onion - 2
. Garlic-5-6
. Ginger-1 inch
. Green chilies slit-2-3
. Curd-1 tbsp
. Oil
. Kasuri methi-1tsp
Step-by-step recipe:-
. In a bowl take paneer cubes, salt, black pepper powder, Ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, and oil. Mix and let it rest for 5-6 minutes.
. Fry the paneer cubes till golden brown from all sides.
. In a pan add oil and into it add onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Saute for 5-6 minutes and let it cool down. Once cool grind it into fine paste adding curd .
. Now in the paste add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, Coriander powder and garam masala powder. Mix and keep aside.
. In a pan add oil and add bay leaf, cinnamon and cardamom. Then add the paste and cook for 5-6 minutes.
. Once oil seperates add kasuri methi and fried paneer cubes.
. Mix and cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
. Finally sprinkle some coriander leaves and mix.
. Serve hot.
