Fix ntdll.dll Crash Error on Windows 11/10 [Tutorial]

I have similar problem with one game crashing back to desctop with one of the old games that i'm playing. But the thing is that, i'm still on Windows 7 x64 because, Win 10 or 11 will not run on my old hardware. Anyway, when game crashes, it gives me the appcrash error. And when i checked the windows events, to see the details of the crash, then it happens to be caused by this ntdll file. So, how do i fix my problem? Is it the same way or is it something else?

The game, that i'm playing by the way, is Driver - Parallel Lines. And crash itself happens when there is few things happens in the game. Like, when i'm trying to go back to the Main Menu from the game, through the pause menu. When i'm trying to change era in the game, or when i wanted to replay some of the main story missions. It can even happen when i'm trying to exit the game. Sometimes it is random, other times it happens very often.

operable program or batch file. this is what i got
