Disney 100th Year Of Wonder Logo 2022

This new intro of Disney’s logo made me cry a lot from nostalgia!

The instrumentation has been in my childhood for practically two decades now and this version is here, feels way more magical and beautiful like the original but better.

I say this is, by far, the best new Disney logo ever created! Since the company, and both its flagship motion picture and animation divisions, is turning 100 in the next year. And I gratefully honour Disney with all of my heart, no matter for better or worse. 😇

The first time I saw the 2006 Disney logo which debuted with "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest", I was completely blown away by the animation and CGI. Now, this new logo looks beautiful of what everybody saw.

It's a shame that Walt couldn't see how far his dream has come... But, I'm sure he's crying with happiness for such a beautiful tribute for the long years of work; from Snow white even what has been created after his death. Long live the beautiful legacy that Walt left behind.

This is truly a nice tribute to all the films they've done over the years. Next time they update their logo intro, we, in the POV of the camera, are in Magic Kingdom passing by a whole bunch of classic characters and when we come up to the Walt statue, we see Mickey wearing Yen Sid's hat and his uses his finger to shoot a firework in the sky which goes over Cinderella's castle.

I like how they included Pride Rock from The Lion King, as it is one of Disney’s most popular films.

And to think I was blown away when I went to see _Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest_ with my mother when the first realistic animation of Walt Disney Pictures’ new logo debuted. Mr. Disney himself should be proud of what he and his brother Roy have built, and that it still stands a century later.

Slightly missed opportunity: should have brought in Cynthia Erivo to grace this fanfare with her amazing voice singing the lyrics once the music swells upon the magical beam traveling upwards to reveal the Cinderella Castle surrounded by fireworks in the form of Mickey Mouse’s head.

I sat down to watch Strange World on Disney+ today and was so struck by how beautiful this opening was I actually said, “Oh my god” out loud. Granted, I doubt anyone could hear me because I’m in isolation for covid and my voice barely makes a sound but still 😅

I saw this logo when I got to see Strange World in theaters back in November and I remember how amazing and stunning the logo is.
