Jodhpur ki special Gulab Jamun sabzi to make your Holi party even more Delishaaas! But let's be real it is a kofta 😂 but a super delicate one and one of the best ones that I've eaten. Will you try this different kinda Jamun for your party or the sweet is enough?

Gulab jamun ki sabzi

For the gravy
.
1/2 cup Beaten curd
1/2 tsp Haldi powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp Desiccated coconut powder
Mix well
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Coriander seeds
A handful of Garlic cloves
1 Onion, diced
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
Sauté well
A few cashews
1 Tomato, diced
Sauté well
Add the curd mix
& mix well
1 cup Water
Cook on low flame for 20 mins
Once done, blend well

For the Gulab Jamun
.
300g Khoya
150g Paneer
Crumble & massage both together
3 tbsp Maida
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tbsp Sugar
Mix well
& roll them as shown
Fry in medium hot oil
till GBC 🔥
Look at that 🤤🤤
Soak them in milk
.
To the gravy add some milk
2 tbsp Crushed khoya
1 tsp Sugar
Mix well
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
Add the tadka
Once the oil separates
Add the gulab jamuns
Coat with gravy
Serve hot
