Answer of homework question is -

( 1 ) 8/11 = we can prove that 8/11 is the simplest form like if any number in denominator or numerator is a prime number and both numerator and denominator can't divide with a particular number then it is simplest form so in 8/11 ; 11 is a prime number so it will not come in any table so 8/11 is a simplest form .
For example - 16/22 = 8/11

( 2 ) 9/14 = we can prove that 9/14 is simplest form like 14 can be further divided but 9 also can be divided but 14 will not divide because
factors of 9 are - 1, 3 and 9
factors of 14 are - 1, 2, 7 and 14
So, in this we can find common factor that is 1
So they are co - prime in this way we can say that if 9 is divisible with its factors then 14 also can't divide with 9 factors .
If we can divide 14 then it will be divisible by its factor but 9 couldn't be divided by 14 factors .
For example - 18/28 = 9/14
